We are searching for an accountable telemarketing executive to supervise the work of our Telemarketers.

1. Place phone calls to potential clients.
2. Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
3. Answer potential clients’ questions about home improvement projects or goals
4. Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day
5. Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
6. Maintain computer, telephone, and other equipment
7. Communicate any problems, concerns, or questions to supervisory staff
8. Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
9. Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
