VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (SALES REPRESENTATIVE)

We are looking for top-tier VAs who can provide high-quality, professional services aligning with clients' unique processes and procedures. We are dedicated to helping clients improve their business performance through providing credible VA solutions.

You'll be working on things like:
- Liaising with caterers and suppliers to get them on to the client's app and coordinating campaign requirements for onboarding
- Ensuring timely dispatch of supplier collateral such as client's stickers and packaging
- Assisting with any in-app training for suppliers on how to use the client's system if required
- Gathering Menu information to be passed onto the menus team for uploading
- Coordinating administration tasks and reporting for our supplier partners
- Providing excellent supplier support throughout the onboarding process
- Ensuring suppliers are fully comfortable with our processes and systems so that they can make the most of their new partnership
- Managing expectations and answering questions regarding our supplier agreements and commission arrangements.

Qualifications
- Has 3 or more years in a Sales Type Role
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, google drive, etc.)
- Also proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher)
- Knowledgeable in Hubspot Software
- Fluent in English

Skills
- Should be motivated to work within a fast-moving environment.
- Outgoing and a strong communicator whether face-to-face, through phone or email
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize between them
- Experience and confidence in talking to multiple customers
- Ability to take ownership and work within demanding targets
- Merchant focused mentality
- High-energy and have a positive attitude
