Three Saints Bay is look for an Entry Level Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Manassas, VA.



Responsibilities:

Processing high-volume vendor invoices into Deltek Costpoint.
Obtain proper approvals and approval follow-ups for all invoices.
Prepares or assists in the preparation of weekly check disbursements.
Review current processes and procedures and recommend best practices.
Vendor invoice processing, matching, and reconciling
Review and approve Expense reports from the Concur expense reporting system.
Research and resolve any invoice discrepancies.
Process all cash receipts in Deltek Costpoint on a daily basis.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines, particularly during the monthly close process.
Act as a liaison between vendors and Three Saints Bay subsidiaries to ensure timely payments.
Assists with other projects as assigned by the Controller.


Requirements:

Eligible to work in the United States.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
1+ years of current Deltek Costpoint experience or a similar ERP system
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in the government contracts industry.
Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Preferred experience:

Costpoint Experience strongly preferred.
Concur Expense Reporting Experience.
