Fraud Investigator
San Antonio, TX. (Initial Remote)
$30/Hr. on C2C


Responsibilities:
• Follow written risk, compliance, operational policies, and procedures to conduct fraud investigations of suspected or known criminal activity, which includes cases involving analysis of customers, accounts, and transactions with multiple fraud types.
• Make Outbound calls to validate activity with Customer
• Prepare case summary by updating the Case summary template

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Fraud Investigation/Detection in Financial institutions
• Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Experience drafting SAR (Suspicious Activity Report) preferred.
