Accounting Manager

We are looking for an ambitious Accountant Manager to provide strategic and tactical support to the financial department. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the agency’s clients.

The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial position. The focus is on getting the right information to enable the ability to make the right decisions and accomplish long term success.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department for clients
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Proactively improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

Requirements:

- Proven working experience as Accounting Manager Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software (QuickBooks online) and databases
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to direct and supervise

Requirements"
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (a plus)
