Java Developer

at Jobisite in Manila

• Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level
• At least five (5) years’ experience in a developer role
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be conversant with systems development lifecycle and project management methodologies
• Must have proven experience in developing web-based applications in Java, RESTful web services, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, XML, Stylesheets, React
• Certifications in Java, Secure Coding, Scrum, DevOps will be a plus
• Proficiency with MSSQL, Oracle, and other relational databases
• Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is preferred
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Plans, Repos/Git, Pipelines) and DataDog is a plus
• Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) will be a plus
• Experience with CI/CD, XAML and YAML is a plus
• Must have training and experience in Agile e.g., Scrum or Kanban
• Must have experience working in multiple teams having team size of 6 or more
• Must be able to relate to large information-based organizations and be comfortable dealing with senior executives from a variety of cultures
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT:

Initial engagement of one (1) year with the option to renew the subsequent years.
