Administrative Assistant (Travel Units)

at Jobisite in Manila

Applicant must have the following qualifications:

College graduate;
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow defined process steps are required. A strong administrative background is preferred.
Must possess the ability to manage competing priorities on an ongoing basis.
Able to maintain confidentiality
Client-oriented with ability to mediate and resolve conflicts; follows through client inquiries, requests, and complaints;
Has strong work ethics and the ability to work well with individuals from different cultural/national background;
Highly engaged and motivated and has a problem-solving mentality
Has good time management skills;
Possesses good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
Technical and functional knowledge on Concur Travel System preferably with experience in using Concur Travel and/or Concur Expense Management tool
Knowledge of Business Travel rules and on how to apply them to achieved desired output
Proficient in the use of standard office programs within the MS Office 365 environment such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Planner, Yammer, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload and adjust to the needs of the service.

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT:

Initial engagement of one (1) year with the option to renew the subsequent years.
