Job Description:
· Perform cooking duties in F&B Cafe serving Halal Western food in NTU

Detailed Responsibilities:
· Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operation
· Able to cook Western food (pasta, chicken chop, fish and chips etc)
· Cutting, grilling, frying etc
· Washing and handling raw materials such as vegetable, seafood, poultry, beef, etc.
· Periodically cleaning & maintenance of fridge, freezer, cooking area, exhaust hood, drainage, etc.
· Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Remuneration:
· Up to 2,500/month (negotiable depending on experience)

Other information:
· Location: Hive at NTU, 52 Nanyang Ave, Singapore 639816
· Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm (Lunch Break: 1430 to 1530)
· Peak periods during School Semesters (January to April, August to November)
· Flexible arrangement for part-timers to assist the head chef, especially during peak hours
