Infer and Ask Abstract Questions of Candidates
Two Week Training Program with On the Job Training Ongoing - basis
Utilization of Professional Selling System to Foster Results with Requisite Training
Data Entry and Daily Documentation
Expectations:
Full Cycle Customer Exposure from Cold Inception through Fulfillment and Post Sale Service
Willingness to Innovate Methods to Identify and Confirm Interested Candidates
Liberal Work Hours based on Meeting/Exceeding Objectives
KPI Management Structure
Experience & Requirements:
Undergraduate College Degree Preferred
Minimum of 5 Years’ Experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Project Management, and/or Professional Services
Project Management Experience- Meet Deadlines, Deliver Candidates
Creative Thinking Skills
Lead or have Worked in a Supporting Role for Internal Project Management of Respective Assignments
Prior Experience Utilizing Social Media, Data Mining for Conducting Market Research
Customer Service and/or Inside Sales Experience
Conceptual Sales or Service - Business Experience
Microsoft Office Experience
Business to Business Sales Experience Preferred
Database (CRM) Experience
