Requirements:

At least 2-5 years of civil litigation experience preferably including personal injury, harassment, and landlord tenant habitability disputes.

California Bar Member.

Diligent preparation. Willing to go the extra mile.

Must have strong oral argument skills and clean written writing samples.

Willing to take initiative and advance client’s interests in meet and confer and negotiation.

Handle interfaces with opposing counsel and all court appearances.

Work as part of a team to achieve the best results possible for client.

Include resume and writing samples.

Pay depends on experience.
