Job Description:

O365 L3 Engineer

Digital Workspace Operation team act as the L3 support and provides IT support
for the entire organization and ensure that the environment is secure and
stable.



Role Details:

Administration and support of the O365 tenant and workplace related services
and applications.



This includes: O365 tenant administration, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams,
OneDrive for business, Security and Protection, Management of Azure AD, Intune,
Mobile Device Management.

Provide overall Office 365 security expertise including strong knowledge of
Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, Information Rights
Management, single sign-on and multi-factor authentication and related
technologies (including Microsoft Enterprise Mobil ity Security, SSPR).

Power Automate, Power Apps

Windows Defender ATP.

Experience on MS exchange hybrid environment.

PowerShell scripting



Skills desired:

Experience on migration projects & PowerShell scripting.

Data Loss Prevention, Archiving, eDiscovery and Compliance

Managing Enterprise Applications and SSO.

Active Directory and Identity management On-premise AD.



Must Have Skills Experience:

Sharepoint

O365 (Exchange)

Microsoft Teams

AD

DFS (distributed file system)

SCCM



Good to have skills Experience:

Exchange on-prem, License clean up activity, SCCM deployments, support and
troubleshooting, software approvals via CyberArk, Active Directory, DFS,
Microsoft Teams and Intune related activities.

SharePoint (Access, New site creation, External Domain, SharePoint MS Office,
Design content update) etc

DFS (distributed file system) Migration and Server Management.

Unified Communication, Jabber, WebEx

SCCM DP installation and Site management.

SCCM endpoint Issues and Print Server Management

Cyber Ark endpoint Protection

Ready to take up challenges with multi skills.

Configure and maintain Active Directory and third-party software utilities,
adhering to global system security and policy standards

Experience supporting authentication protocols (Kerberos, SAML, OAUTH, LDAP).
