</br>Lead logistics and transportation strategy across inbound, intercompany, and outbound flows to balance cost, service, and reliability.
</br>Optimize freight modes, carrier strategies, and network design to improve service levels and reduce logistics cost‑to‑serve.
</br>Oversee logistics relationships, contracts, and performance management.
</br>Drive continuous improvement in delivery performance, freight spend, and customer service outcomes.
</br>Partner closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Commercial, and Supply Planning to align sourcing and logistics strategies with demand, capacity, and financial plans.
</br>Support new product introductions, make‑vs‑buy decisions, and supplier industrialization efforts.

</br>Requirements

</br>Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; Masters degree or certification would be preferred.
</br>10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, and/or supply chain
</br>5+ years of strong management and leadership of teams.
</br>Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; preferably with regulated, precision, and/or high-volume operations such as Medical Device, Aerospace, Automotive, etc.
</br>Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites, globally.
</br>Experience in global sourcing, international supplier management, and cross-cultural collaboration.
</br>Success leading high impact negotiations and driving multi-million-dollar cost savings programs.

</br>Infosys is seeking a Lead O9 Consultant. As a Lead O9 Consultant, you will anchor different phases of engagements primarily related to O9 Solutions Demand & Supply Planning. You will be responsible for the techno-functional solution of O9 solution design, requirements specifications, consulting on functionalities implemented, testing of deployed planning process with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. </br>Required Qualifications
</br>
</br> Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
</br> At least 7 years of relevant Information Technology experience

</br> Location for this position is Richardson, TX. This position may require travel to project/client location

</br>Preferred Qualifications:
</br>
</br> At least 4 years of experience in supply chain management
</br> Experience in configuring and implementing O9 Solutions
</br> Ability to develop a comprehensive technical blueprint outlining the architecture of the O9 planning solution, including software, hardware, and network components
</br> Define integration strategies for the O9 solution with existing systems and processes to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency
</br> Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
</br> Experience in designing scalable and efficient system architectures
</br> Experience in engaging with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand specific requirements and objectives for new markets.
</br> Ability to conduct thorough research to identify unique challenges, opportunities, and regulatory requirements in new markets.
</br> Ensuring the solution is scalable to accommodate future growth and can perform efficiently under varying loads, defining and gathering non-functional requirements (NFRs) to support rollouts.
</br> Experience in designing the overall system and tenant architecture, including data models, application components, and user interfaces.
</br> Thoroughness in ensuring the solution complies with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements in new markets.
</br> Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the solution architecture, including design specifications, integration points, and data flow diagrams.
</br> Work closely with development teams to ensure the solution is implemented according to the defined architecture and meets business requirements.
</br> Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including troubleshooting and resolving issues during implementation.
</br> Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
</br> Experience with other supply chain planning tools and technologies
</br> Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements
</br> Certification in o9 Solutions or related technologies
