THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to be the frontline of our client interactions. You will ensure our clients receive top-tier support, helping them navigate our services and achieve their business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and occasionally phone/video calls
- Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention
