Who We’re Looking For
You:
Have 6+ years of residential installation experience
Can lead a full install from start to finish
Understand airflow, static pressure, and system performance
Take pride in clean, professional installs
Show up prepared and ready to lead
Want consistency and long-term stability
We’re building a team of professionals — not a revolving door.

Responsibilities
Lead residential and light commercial installs
Install furnaces, A/C systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and ductwork
Train and mentor helpers
Properly commission and start up systems
Maintain clean, organized job sites
Represent the company professionally

Compensation & Benefits
$35–$45+/hr based on experience and leadership
