Position Summary: The Licensed Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with life insurance needs, presenting policy options, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. This is a structured role with defined responsibilities, training support, and clear performance expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients to assess insurance needs
• Present and explain life insurance products in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and compliance standards
• Build rapport with prospects and guide them through insurance options
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals
• Learn the insurance business from the ground up
Requirements:
• Active Florida 2-14 or 2-15 license (If not licensed we will take care of it)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
