We are a fast-growing Web3 venture fund investing in early-stage blockchain projects across DeFi and infrastructure. We are looking for a Research Analyst to support our investment team with protocol research, on-chain analysis, and investment memos.

What you’ll do

Conduct deep-dive research on blockchain protocols, tokenomics, and market trends
Analyze on-chain activity using tools such as Dune, Nansen, Glassnode, and Flipside
Prepare investment memos, due diligence reports, and competitive landscape analyses
Track major developments across the DeFi ecosystem and monitor portfolio performance
Support thesis development, deal sourcing, and internal research projects
Produce recurring research updates and sector reports for the team

What we’re looking for

Experience in crypto research, venture investing, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, token models, and protocol design
Hands-on experience with Dune, Nansen, Flipside, SQL, Python, and Excel
Strong writing skills and ability to turn complex information into clear insights
High ownership, independent work style, and comfort in a remote environment
Knowledge of smart contracts, DAO governance, and on-chain ecosystems is a plus

Remote
Long-term opportunity
Flexible hours, with preference for partial overlap with EU or US time zones
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000/year equivalent, depending on experience
Performance bonus and token upside available for strong long-term fit
