Job Description:
Vanguard Wines is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to develop and grow wine and spirits sales in the Cleveland and Toledo markets.
This is a field-based sales role focused on building relationships with restaurants, bars, retail stores, and hospitality accounts. Representatives are responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and increasing overall sales within their territory.
This position is ideal for individuals with hospitality or retail experience who are looking to transition into a sales career with long-term income potential.

Responsibilities:
Call on restaurants, bars, and retail accounts daily
Present and sell wines to buyers and decision-makers
Secure new placements (by-the-glass, wine lists, retail displays)
Conduct tastings and product presentations
Build and maintain a consistent weekly sales route
Follow up on opportunities and grow account relationships

Compensation:
Commission-based role (no cap on earnings)
Most first-year reps earn $45,000–$60,000 while building their territory
Income increases as sales and account base grow
Performance-based bonuses and incentives

Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Organized with the ability to manage a sales route
Willingness to prospect and develop new business
