Company Overview: We are a growing insurance organization committed to helping families secure peace of mind through life insurance solutions. We are expanding our team and seeking licensed professionals to join us in providing exceptional client service.
Position Summary: The Licensed Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with life insurance needs, presenting policy options, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. This is a structured role with defined responsibilities, training support, and clear performance expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients to assess insurance needs
• Present and explain life insurance products in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and compliance standards
• Build rapport with prospects and guide them through insurance options
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals
• Learn the insurance business from the ground up
Requirements:
• Active Florida 2-14 or 2-15 license (If not licensed we will take care of it)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
