Description:
We are actively recruiting for a Deputy Manager (Senior Level) position for a well-established care home:

Location: Coppull, Chorley, UK

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week

Service Size: 40-bed care home

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 4 years’ experience within a care home setting

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)

Level 3 Safeguarding Adults

Training in MCA & DoLS

First Aid & Medication Management certification

Strong leadership, compliance, and rota management experience

British nationals / UK-based candidates only
