Driver/Landscaping Crew:
Must have valid Florida Drivers License and good driving record
Responsibilities

Lead and supervise lawn maintenance crews in the field
Drive company trucks and trailers safely to and from job sites
Perform lawn maintenance duties including mowing, weed-eating, edging, blowing, hedge
trimming, and detail clean-up

Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
Load, unload, and maintain landscaping equipment
Train, support, and direct crew members as needed
Communicate daily job progress with management
Assist management with additional duties as directed
Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of residential or commercial and/or municipal lawn maintenance experience
Prior crew leader or foreman experience required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience driving a truck and trailer
