The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the daily operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high-quality service delivery. This role plays a critical part in optimizing processes, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement to support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all business functions run smoothly
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Manage budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively
Lead, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance
