Key Responsibilities
Assist loan officers in managing active loan pipelines from application to closing.
Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers regarding documentation, disclosures, and updates.
Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.).
Gather required conditions and ensure files meet underwriting guidelines.
Prepare loan applications in LOS
Maintain accurate notes, communication logs, and file status updates.
Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and title companies to ensure timely closings.
Review credit reports and help structure loan scenarios when needed.
Manage follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and pipeline tracking for the loan officer.
Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication and follow-through.
