Key Responsibilities
-Assist loan officers in managing active loan pipelines from application to closing.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers regarding documentation, disclosures, and updates.
-Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.).
-Gather required conditions and ensure files meet underwriting guidelines.
-Prepare loan applications in LOS
-Maintain accurate notes, communication logs, and file status updates.
-Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and title companies to ensure timely closings.
-Review credit reports and help structure loan scenarios when needed.
-Manage follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and pipeline tracking for the loan officer.
-Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication and follow-through.
