SUMMARY:
The sales representative provides sole support to sales team by performing a number of administrative tasks. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepares quotes and contracts for potential customers.
• Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and specifications.
• Provides timely responses to sales leads.
• Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner.
• Reviews site inspections to make sure customer is able to properly place their building on their property.
• Coordinates customer deliveries with the local delivery crews.
• Receives payment from the customer via cash, check or credit card.
• Makes daily bank deposits.
• Must maintain office clean and organized
• Responsible for opening and closing the lot based on company standards.
• Walk with customers around the lot and show them different building styles for potential sales.
• Must be able to comply with the hours of operations of the office:
o Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
o Saturdays-9am-4pm

Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience

• Must have clean background and MVR
Work Environment
• This position operates in a professional office environment.
• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Requirements
• This is mostly a sedentary role.
• Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing as necessary.
• Requires frequent walking to the lot
• Must be able to work in an inside office environment.
• Must adjust to all type of weather while working outside
