About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in Contact Center technologies and IVR concepts, combined with solid Java development and DevOps experience. This role involves working across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to architecture, and ensuring high-quality application delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow SDLC practices to design, develop, test, and maintain applications
Prepare and review technical design specifications based on business requirements
Collaborate with development teams to ensure code quality and consistency
Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews
Develop and maintain system and operational documentation
Drive CI/CD implementation and deployment automation
Ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performance application delivery

Required Skills:
6+ years of experience in software development and DevOps
Strong experience with Java and SDLC processes
Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline orchestration
Knowledge of Swarm deployment concepts
Experience with Argo CD and Kubernetes deployments
Proficiency in Unix/Linux command-line operations
Experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Datadog

Experience with Avaya Experience Portal (AEP)
Exposure to contact center and IVR platforms
