Melucci Pool Cleanings is hiring motivated individuals in the Glens Falls, NY area to generate new pool cleaning customers.

This is a flexible, performance-based sales and lead generation role with strong earning potential.

Compensation

Upfront bonus per new customer (paid after first completed cleaning)
Ongoing residual income for the rest of the season
Continue earning next season as long as the customer stays active
No cap on earnings

Responsibilities

Generate leads by finding homeowners in the Glens Falls, NY area who may need pool cleaning services
Reach out via phone, text, social media, or in person
Confirm they are interested in service
Submit qualified customer information

This role focuses on lead generation and customer acquisition. You will not perform any cleaning, scheduling, or payment collection.

Must generate leads within 20 miles of Glens Falls, NY

Requirements

Self-motivated and dependable
