We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager I – Cath Lab to lead clinical operations and deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role oversees care delivery, staff performance, and operational excellence in a 24/7 setting.
🩺 Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Cath Lab nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams
Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and compliance with standards
Implement best practice models and patient care delivery systems
Handle patient and family concerns with professionalism
Drive performance improvement, quality, and safety initiatives
Manage staffing, resources, budgets, and operational workflows
Oversee training, coaching, and staff development
Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (e.g., Nursing Practice Act, The Joint Commission)
Lead emergency preparedness and strategic initiatives
✅ Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Active Registered Nurse License (Oregon)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
3+ years of patient care experience
2+ years in a leadership role
Strong experience in clinical operations, quality improvement, and team leadership
