Amdocs is seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join its office in Plano, Texas. This role plays an important part in supporting leadership and internal teams by managing administrative operations and ensuring day-to-day business activities run smoothly. The ideal candidate will assist management with coordination, planning, and organizational tasks that allow leaders and employees to focus on their core responsibilities.

In this position, the Administrative Assistant will provide direct administrative and logistical support to key leaders within the organization. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to company leaders by scheduling meetings, interviews, and customer visits
· Coordinate materials and logistics for internal staff meetings and assist with preparing meeting minutes
· Plan and organize offsite meetings, corporate conventions, conferences, and seminars
· Prepare presentations and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
· Support internal initiatives and assist with coordinating employee engagement or welfare activities
· Maintain strong back-office administrative support related to leadership travel arrangements and planning
· Assist with onboarding activities for new employees and help them integrate into the workplace
· Provide desk-side support when required and ensure necessary office equipment is available and functioning
· Manage and update Outlook distribution lists and assist with internal communication coordination
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
· Minimum of 3 years of practical business or administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
· Strong proficiency in written and spoken business English
· Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Highly proactive approach with strong professionalism, responsibility, and integrity
· Excellent organizational, meeting coordination, and project management skills
· Ability to handle confidential, sensitive, and non-public information with discretion and sound judgment
· Demonstrated ability to make decisions and provide recommendations in situations that may not fall within established guidelines
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and make quick, practical decisions when needed
