The Mission
Even from your home office, you are the digital heartbeat of Asias largest cord blood bank. In this remote role, you will manage the critical data flow and client relationships that allow families to trust Cordlife with their children's future health.
Remote Responsibilities
Virtual Data Management: Execute high-volume, high-accuracy entry of client medical records and storage logs into our secure cloud-based systems.
Digital Client Success: Manage inbound support via Zendesk (or similar CRM), live chat, and VoIP calls, guiding parents through the digital enrollment and renewal process.
Compliance Verification: Remotely audit digital documents to ensure they meet AABB and MOH global standards before laboratory filing.
Virtual Collaboration: Participate in daily huddles via Microsoft Teams to coordinate with on-site laboratory staff and regional logistics teams.
Remote Requirements
Home Office Setup: A quiet, professional workspace with high-speed internet and the ability to maintain strict data privacy (GDPR/PDPA compliance).
Self-Starter Mindset: Proven ability to manage deadlines independently without direct on-site supervision.
The "Accuracy" Factor: Since you aren't next to the lab, your ability to spot errors in digital files is our last line of defense.
Tech Proficiency: Expert level in MS Excel and experience with cloud-based collaboration tools.
