HIRING: JUNIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER

Deliverables
- Develop fresh, original design concepts for assigned projects.
- Present and clearly explain design rationale during reviews.
- Collaborate with the team to refine ideas and maintain brand quality.
- Deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing original, self-initiated concepts.
- Ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.

Job Terms & Conditions
- Full time contractor role with starting pay up to 30k per month ; salary raise up to 35k on third month based on work output and performance evaluation
- Fixed Work Hours 10AM-7PM weekdays Manila Time ; one (1) year renewable overseas contract, independent contractor (staff pays for their own taxes and govt contributions)

Performance Expectations
To maintain high creative standards within the team, designers are expected to:
- Consistently initiate original design concepts.
- Competently defend and explain their design decisions during reviews Designers who are unable to meet these expectations may receive performance warnings. Repeated failure to deliver original concepts (three instances) or inability to justify design decisions may lead to termination of the contract
