HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful HR Recruiter to help build the foundation of our growing tech organization.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., developers, UI/UX designers); internship experience may be considered
- Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple platforms and channels
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment
- Committed to hiring high-quality candidates who can pass probation and contribute long-term
- Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field)
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Own reliable laptop/computer capable of running multiple applications simultaneously

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Source, screen, and assess candidates with strong focus on quality and culture fit
- Partner with team leads to define hiring requirements and recruitment strategies
- Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience
- Support performance review cycles and employee development initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and recruitment metrics
- Contribute ideas to improve hiring processes and talent acquisition strategies

Work Setup & Compensation
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM; Fully Remote (own device required)
Compensation: Starting offer: ₱25,000 basic pay; Salary increase up to ₱30,000 by the 3rd month based on performance evaluation
Contract Details: 1-year renewable overseas contract; Independent business partner arrangement
