We are seeking an experienced Structured Cabling Engineer to join our growing team, primarily based in the Guildford area , with travel required across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer with strong technical expertise in data cabling installations, testing, and network infrastructure projects across commercial, industrial, and data centre environments.

## Key Responsibilities

Installation, termination, and testing of:

Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a copper cabling
Fibre optic cabling (single-mode & multi-mode)
Installation of containment systems (tray, basket, trunking, conduit)
Cabinet building, patch panel termination & labelling
Fluke testing and certification
Fault finding and network troubleshooting
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Working across commercial, office, retail, education, and industrial sites
Maintaining high health & safety standards on site

## Essential Requirements

Minimum 2+ years’ structured cabling experience
Strong knowledge of copper and fibre installations
Experience using Fluke test equipment
ECS/CSCS Card
Full UK Driving Licence
Willingness to travel nationwide
Professional attitude and good communication skills

## Desirable

IPAF / PASMA
Experience in data centre environments
SSSTS (for senior-level applicants)
Manufacturer certifications (Excel, Panduit, Commscope, etc.)
