About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join a reputable law practice in Simi Valley, CA. This role involves providing legal counsel, conducting research, and handling matters primarily related to construction and engineering law. The attorney will collaborate closely with clients, prepare legal strategies, and negotiate agreements aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance on complex matters

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis

Handle cases related to construction and engineering law

Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements

Work directly with clients to develop effective and cost-efficient legal strategies

Maintain clear communication and regular updates throughout case management

Support litigation activities (experience preferred but not required)

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of California law

Experience in construction and/or engineering law

Proven ability to conduct high-quality legal research

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
