Full-time Lead Bartender

at Sunflower's in North Carolina

Seeking an experienced, motivated, responsible and FUN bartender for a full time position at an exciting new restaurant and bar opening in downtown Raleigh! The position would involve helping create and serve an artisanal cocktail menu as well as beer and wine for a casual upscale clientele.

Sunflower's was a downtown Raleigh landmark restaurant for 37 years and closed in 2020. Now you can be a part of a very exciting modern rebirth of an old Raleigh favorite! We are projected to open in late March to early April. Onboarding is flexible and I am willing to work with the right person on the details! This is a project of passion and it really is important to us that this be a fun, friendly and positive place to work.

The ideal candidate would be passionate about mixology and providing guests with the best experience possible to ensure return clients and relationships! (and great tips!). We're looking to hire someone who can really take charge of the bartending program!

The position will be 4-5 nights/week for 36-40 hours and ideally would be a consistent schedule. Benefits and opportunities for advancement may become available based on the success of the business. Please contact for more information!
