Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $24 - $26 / hour 
What you'll be doing as aFront End Loader Operator / Front Desk Attendant:

• Spanish speaking preferred not required. Schedule not yet specified, would generally be mon-fri and 5-6am start
• Safely operate a John Deere 524 tractor, including driving, loading, and general equipment handling
• Perform basic daily and weekly maintenance, such as fluid checks, greasing, cleaning, and minor adjustments
• Inspect the tractor and attachments for wear or damage and report issues promptly
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service
• Answer phones, assist walk-in customers, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
• Handle check-ins, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain a welcoming front desk environment
• Balance outdoor equipment duties with indoor customer-service tasks throughout the day
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth workflow and coverage for both areas
• Support general operations of the business with a positive and flexible attitude

Job requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Background Check Required
