Role Description



We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role based in Cedar Falls, IA. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, presenting LB Capital’s solutions, and closing new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, meeting with clients in person, and collaborating with the team to meet and exceed targets. A key aspect of the role is maintaining a high level of product knowledge and delivering exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships.




Qualifications



Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong client relationships
Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
Experience with CRM software
Self-motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of the roofing industry or related markets is a plus
Willingness to travel locally for in-person client interactions
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is highly encouraged
