Job Posting: Technology Specialist – Appian (IT Service, Support & Operations)

Work Location: Hartford, CT 06156 (Onsite)
Vendor Rate: DOE on W2
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Target Start Date: Mid-December 2025

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist – Appian with strong experience in IT Service, Support, and Operations. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on Appian development expertise and the ability to work directly with clients in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Skills

Mandatory: APPIAN Development

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent)

OR 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle

Experience working in Technology Consulting

Financial Services domain experience

Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Strong communication skills with ability to interface with clients

Detailed Job Responsibilities

Develop and support enterprise applications using Appian BPM

Work throughout the full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions

Gather and analyze client requirements and provide technical guidance

Ensure adherence to development best practices and internal standards

Minimum Experience

3–5 years of relevant experience
