We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural projects, ensuring successful design execution and on-time delivery.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Guide teams through all phases of design, from programming to construction administration.
Review and approve architectural plans to meet project goals.
Manage budgets, schedules, and quality control.
Mentor junior staff and maintain client relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:

7+ years of architectural experience.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture and licensed architect.
Strong project management skills (budgeting, scheduling).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Proven experience managing residential projects of various scales.
