Full-time General Contractor Needed for Complete House Renovation - Pittsburgh (Perry South)

We are seeking for an experienced, licensed General Contractor for comprehensive renovation of 3-story home at Perrysville Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA.

Project Scope:
Complete architectural plans available (dated April 2022)
4 levels: Lower level, 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor
Full electrical upgrade (multiple GFI circuits throughout)
Plumbing work (new fixtures, relocated bathrooms)
Kitchen renovation with island
Multiple bathroom renovations
HVAC considerations
Roof insulation (R49 blown-in closed-cell)
Interior finishes throughout

Requirements:
Licensed and insured in PA
Minimum 5 years experience with similar whole-house renovations
References from at least 3 comparable projects
Detailed written estimate with timeline
Proof of worker's comp insurance
Experience pulling permits in Pittsburgh
