About the Role

As our Production Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the production floor, currently staffed with approximately 15 skilled team members working on multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll manage scheduling, workflow, and production efficiency while fostering a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.

This position requires strong leadership, excellent organization, and the ability to maintain composure and focus under pressure. You’ll play a key role in helping us implement Lean Manufacturing principles to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline processes.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily production operations across multiple custom sign projects.
Manage a team of approximately 15 fabricators, providing leadership, direction, and motivation.
Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules to meet customer deadlines and quality standards.
Coordinate with project management and installation departments to ensure seamless project flow.
Drive efficiency and continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing principles.
Troubleshoot production challenges quickly and effectively, keeping projects on track.
Monitor material usage, labor, and workflow to meet gross margin goals.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.


Qualifications

5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing management, ideally with custom fabrication or project-based manufacturing.
Proven success leading teams in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Fluent or conversational Spanish is a major plus.
Experience implementing or working within Lean Manufacturing systems preferred.
Sign industry experience is a plus, but not required.
