Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tax Preparer/Reviewer at Garcia & Ortiz, P.A. The Tax Preparer/Reviewer will be responsible for the preparation and review of tax returns, compliance, and ensuring adherence to tax laws. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to tax preparation and review to support the firm’s commitment to excellence in tax services.




Qualifications

Tax Planning, Tax Compliance, and Tax Preparation skills
QuickBooks, Lacerte, CCH ProSystems experience preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in tax review
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Licensed CPAs or Enrolled Agents preferred

Compensation

Salary, Based on Experience and Competitive Market Rates
Incentive Fee for Obtaining New Clients - 8% to 10% of fees collected from client
