Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trial Attorney based in Valparaiso, IN, with some work-from-home flexibility.The role involves thorough preparation and strategizing to ensure clients receive the best possible legal outcomes. The position will eventually lead to a management role.
Responsibilities
Representing clients in court
Drafting and filing motions
Conducting trials
Participating in depositions
Qualifications
Expertise in Law, including a strong understanding of legal principles and regulations
Experience with Motions, including drafting, filing, and arguing motions
Proficiency in handling Court procedures and protocols
Skilled in conducting Trials, including case preparation and courtroom representation
Knowledge of Depositions, including taking and defending depositions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and research abilities
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Indiana state bar
Prior trial experience is a plus
