We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and lead the coordination of projects across our core practice areas. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in structured environments, enjoys client interaction, and excels at keeping projects on track from start to finish.

Responsibilities
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple projects within the firm, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Key duties include:
Leading and managing projects in immigration, real estate, and estate planning departments.

Coordinating each stage of immigration processes (visas, petitions, credential evaluations, etc.).

Designing project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.

Overseeing updates of case files before USCIS or other relevant entities.

Acting as liaison between clients and internal teams, keeping clients informed.

Monitoring performance of team responsibilities and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Implementing process improvements to optimize time and resources.

Supervising the use of platforms such as Clio, Docusign, USCIS Online, etc.

Preparing reports to evaluate progress against objectives.

Conducting post-project evaluations and documenting lessons learned.

Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative support, project coordination, or similar roles.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Spanish a plus).

Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
