The Opportunity
This is a structured 12-month sales programme designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of sales science. Youll develop the skills to understand customer needs, build trust, and apply evidence-based sales strategies. By the end of the program , you will be equipped to thrive in business development, account management, or specialist sales roles.
What Youll Do
Learn and apply the principles of sales science, including customer psychology, data-driven selling, and new-age sales methods.
Engage in outbound and inbound sales activities under guidance.
Build product and industry knowledge to confidently communicate value propositions.
Shadow experienced sales professionals and receive structured coaching.
Use CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance tools to monitor progress.
Participate in workshops, role-plays, and simulations to refine communication and negotiation skills.
Work on live projects that contribute directly to business growth.
