TC Energy is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Service Agent to join our remote support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience in alignment with our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and offering appropriate solutions

Qualifications:
