Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Trial Attorney.
Responsibilities
Managing and conducting trials
Attending court hearings
Drafting and reviewing motions
Handling depositions
Representing clients in court
Providing strategic legal advice
Preparing legal documents
Collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, including drafting and arguing motions, court appearances, and case management
Skills in drafting and reviewing Motions
Competence in handling Court appearances and Trials
Experience in conducting Depositions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in California
Previous experience in business litigation is a plus
