Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing care team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Monitor and report changes in clients physical, mental, or emotional condition.

Maintain accurate daily visit documentation.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Follow the established care plan and report concerns to the supervising nurse or office.

Qualifications

Required Certifications (Florida):

Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate (75-hour minimum training program approved by the Florida Board of Nursing or equivalent).

CPR Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)

Level II Background Screening (AHCA)

TB Test or Chest X-Ray (within the past 12 months)

Physical Examination (within the past 6 months)

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Preferred

6+ months of home health or facility experience

Alzheimers/Dementia care experience

Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus
