About the Role
Global Educ8tions is offering an exciting opportunity for hungry and driven graduates, any discipline, business, psychology, marketing, STEM or humanities are all welcome to join our Sales Program. This is a 12-month development program that is designed to give you a solid foundation in sales science, customer engagement, and business development, preparing you for a rewarding career in sales with unlimited earning potential.
As part of our program, you will receive structured training, coaching, mentorship, and 1-2-1 support experience, progressing towards becoming a confident and high-performing Sales Executive. We believe sales is both art and science.

Our Mission: To transform the way people, think about selling by using data, psychology, and customer insights to create meaningful business relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Undertake a structured 12-month training and development program covering:
o Sales science and psychology
o Consultative selling and negotiation skills
o Customer relationship management
o Market analysis and business strategy
• Shadow senior sales professionals to gain real-world client experience.
• Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects and accounts.
• Drive revenue growth through lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver value to clients.
• Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics.
