As a Bike Mechanic, youll be responsible for the complete repair and refurbishment of e-bikes, ensuring each one meets the highest quality standards before being delivered to customers. Youll work with a dedicated and skilled team in a fully equipped workshop using state-of-the-art tools and diagnostic equipment.

Your Role
Independently perform inspection, troubleshooting, spare parts selection, repair, and quality control on a wide variety of e-bikes.
Prepare e-bikes for customer delivery and maintain the in-house fleet.
Contribute to continuous improvement in repair processes and service quality.
Support warehouse operations with ideas to optimize efficiency and workflow.

Your Qualifications
12 years of experience in bike or e-bike mechanics (2+ years for Senior Mechanic).
Solid knowledge of electric bikes, their components, and diagnostic tools.
Passion for quality, efficiency, and hands-on technical problem-solving.
Comfort working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Fluency in English is mandatory (C1), German is a plus
