A leading B2B solution provider is looking to recruit 3D Electrical Design Engineer for their Gaming studios in Bucharest, Romania.
Your Role
Design and develop 3D models of electrical systems and components using CAD software
Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and assembly instructions
Conduct simulations and analyses to validate the performance and safety of electrical designs
Optimize designs for efficiency, reliability and compliance with industry standards
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for electrical designs
Collaborate with mechanical engineers, project managers and other stakeholders to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs
Support manufacturing and installation teams with technical guidance
Participate in the development and testing of prototypes to validate design concepts and implement necessary adjustments
Ensure all designs adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations and best practices
Continuously monitor industry trends, tools and technologies to improve design processes and outcomes.
Your Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)
35 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on 3D modeling and design
Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit)
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components and circuit design
Experience with simulation tools such as ANSYS, MATLAB or similar
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certifications are a plus.
